Yes, we offer exchanges. You can request one within 3 days of receiving your order if the product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, the size or color doesn't match what was ordered or listed on the website, or the wrong product was shipped. Attar is not eligible for exchange.
To start, contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or by phone with your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and a photo or video if needed.
Once approved, we send the exchange parcel via Cash on Delivery (COD). Our delivery agent collects the original product and sends us a photo for confirmation, and then the exchange goes ahead. If the error is ours or the product has an issue, delivery is free. If you are exchanging for personal reasons, the standard delivery charge applies.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags, accessories, and extras. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
